This weight loss Fitcamp begins APRIL 2ND! You must have access to a gym in order to fully participate.

Fitcamp is a 12-week online fitness program focused on weight loss, where you will be sent three workouts per week to complete, along with suggested cardio like 20 minute walks each day. 🔹You will receive nutritional tips and recipes, and there is an additional option to receive a personalized meal plan from our nutritionist, Rob! 🔹 You will be added to a private Facebook group where everything will be posted and you can chat with other Fitcampers about the workouts, your victories or struggles, and ask questions. 🔹 You have access to TWO coaches! Coach Shawna and Coach Katie serve as your personal trainers through the entire process, there to answer any questions and cheer you on! Coach Katie has first hand experience in weight loss, as she has lost over 80lbs to date! 🔹 You will be making “diet dedications” where every two weeks, you commit to a small positive change in your diet throughout the length of the Fitcamp. *You must have access to a gym in order to participate.
